Admin User Panel Data and Archives
ConexED Admins are the only users with access to all meeting data and archives for their instance of ConexED. Individual users can access their own meeting archives on their user interface, but only Admins have the ability to see the meeting, chat, and user data that forms the basis for the user and service analytics and reports in ConexED.
By the end of this lesson, you should be able to perform the steps for accessing the Admin User Panel and locate the Meeting Archive, Chat History, and Users’ accounts and conduct a user role upgrade.
