About This Module
This module is all about using the Check-In Kiosk and Queueing System for providing exceptional and orderly walk-in services and meetings. We’ll examine the process for checking in students, creating new student accounts during check in, and how faculty/staff are notified about students waiting in the queue. You’ll learn your way around the Kiosk Dashboard and how to use the dashboard tools for improved communications with those waiting, and you’ll also be shown strategies for managing the check-in page, Dashboard, and live monitor view on multiple devices. Guest check-in will also be reviewed along with best practices for boosting your group’s operating efficiencies for unscheduled, in-office meetings.
- Unit 1: After completing this unit, you should be able to demonstrate how to navigate the group Kiosk tab.
- Unit 2: After completing this unit, you should be able to demonstrate how to manage the Kiosk Dashboard and Queue.
- Unit 3: After completing this unit, you should be able to demonstrate how to set up the Kiosk, Queue, and Live Monitor View on multiple devices.
